Aide4Animals is a web-based organization whose purpose is to be that missing link between the animals that end up in a county shelter environment and their potential for a forever home. Aide4Animals is the cross posting, transporting and fundraising aspect of active rescue. In addition, Aide4Animals has a nursery environment in Seminole County in which they can assist both moms and pups in need when their time has expired in one of our statewide high-kill shelters. The dogs offered for adoption are saved from state-wide kill shelters and would otherwise not be given a chance at life had it not been for the representatives of our organization stepping up for them.
Aide4Animals puts alot of focus on the animals of Putnam County, Florida as that is the county of residence for our parent organization. Putnam is a small, rural facility with fifty-two kennel runs but weekly, sadly, those runs seem to be filled. The limited space in turn results in weekly euthanizations. These animals so desperately need our voice. Aide4Animals tends to focus their saves from this particular facility in addition to maintaining an additional website on behalf of the dogs and cats of Putnam County. It is our hope and desire that more and more people learn of this small rural facility and offer homes by opening their hearts to these particular dogs and cats in need...
